Delivery days are Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

R75.00 standard rate for deliveries to all areas listed below except outlying areas in KZN.

Delivery areas/time: Durban, Durban central, Amanzimtoti, Chatsworth, Pinetown, Umhlanga: 1-4 working days.

Delivery areas/time: Hillcrest, PMB, South coast, Port Edward, Tongaat, Ballito: 2-5 working days.

Outlying areas in KZN 3-6 working days.

Free delivery on orders over R550.00 (except outlying areas).

We will refund a customer in full for products purchased and returned within 7 business days of the product being received by the customer.

The delivery costs and/or associated fees (courier insurance mandatory) of the return of a product will be the liability of the customer returning the product.

Any product returned in this instance must be unopened, unused and not damaged in any way.

Any refund processed in this instance WILL NOT include delivery costs and/or associated fees. You will only be refunded for the purchased-price of the products.

Only items that have been purchased directly from this website can be returned to this website. Products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.
